Adorable and quirky

So i've got a little obsession with dinosaurs, may have 1 or 2 or 30 odd dinosaur toys/teddies about (also had a duvet but my dog sadly ripped it apart). Recently I was presented with the most amazing gift ever, it was a dinosaur necklace. Yup a necklace, with a dinosaur charm on it! How cool is that?!?! Anyway this came about as I was dropping subtle hints to my boyfriend that I hadn't worn a necklace in such a long time. I'll admit I was a little worried when he said i'd love my gift as he'd previously mentioned some weird ass birthday presents. But it turns out he was just super cool and cute enough to find a necklace chain and get the little dinosaur charm and put it together to make this beauty I wear every single day. Honestly never thought he'd come up with such a brilliant idea, this is the most unique thing i've ever had and i'm going to treasure it forever because it's too damn freaking adorable!

The festive season is upon us once again and it is that time of year when Birmingham have their German market. I know it isn't even December yet and recognise that Christmas associations should not be around until the 1st of December but I still have attended something Christmas related oops (total Scrooge here but hey ho). The German market is an absolutely brilliant way to get into the Christmas spirit because it has so much German festivity, like bright lights and hot chocolate (not forgetting the very strong German beer! omnomnom). The market is also packed with a great variety of potential Christmas gifts for family and friends. This year the market is bigger than ever going through the high street all the way around to the library, thus there is an even bigger selection of gifts, foods, drinks, and a helluva lot of pretty things! Games I'm digging lately.

It's been a while, I'm sure I always say this (or at least think this) every time I post a new post. Although I'll be honest I haven't really had much time spare these days since starting my new job. With all the travelling to and from work I'm out the house for just under 12 hours each day, then come the weekend I just want to fall asleep all day. I have been keeping myself busy (awake) by alternating between different games that I am into at the moment. I thought I'd share some of these games with you in this post, enjoy! Destiny 2- crimson days . I haven’t really been playing destiny recently due to the fact I find the second one not so enticing. I absolutely adored first time playing destiny one but then a few months before destiny 2 was due to be released it got a bit repetitive and there was barely anything new to do. Newton Faulkner

In 2010 I was introduced to a new song by someone I had never heard of before and I fell in love with the music. That song was Dream Catch Me by Newton Faulkner. I started listening to more songs by this artist and I just felt at home with some of the songs I heard, they were super catchy. I used to listen to them on my MP3 player whilst walking around the canals and through the countryside on many summer evenings. Now, 7 years later I have seen this guy perform in person and it was incredible. There's nothing more satisfying and heart warming that going to see someone who has been in some of your fondest memories. It was like reliving my youth again, when I say my youth I just mean my teenage years. The tickets were a birthday present for my 22nd birthday this year from my wonderful fiance, Kee, who I have mentioned on here several times before. It was one of the best birthday presents I have ever had because memories will last a lot longer than a bottle of wine.
